I hold credentials as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate, Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist Associate, Board-Certified Tele-Mental Health Provider, Certified Clinical Military Counselor, and National Board-Certified Counselor.
I have a diverse background in mental health counseling, career counseling, crisis counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy.
